Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Account information: email, name, avatar, and the basic profile you authorize when signing in with a third party such as Google or GitHub.
• Generation data: the prompts you submit, reference images you upload, the model and parameters you choose, and the generated video files.
• Transaction information: orders, subscription status and credit movements. Card details are handled by the payment provider; we never store full card numbers.
• Technical information: IP address, browser type, access times and pages, used for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

• To run your generation tasks and show the results in your workspace.
• To count credits and process subscriptions and refunds.
• To keep accounts secure and prevent abuse and fraud.
• To improve the product. We do not use your prompts, reference images or generated videos to train models, and we do not showcase them publicly.

Third-party processing

To complete a generation, your prompt and reference image are sent to the AI model provider we integrate with (for example fal.ai) and are subject to its privacy terms. Generated video files are stored in our object storage and served through links only you can access. Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider.

Retention and deletion

Reference images and generated videos stay in your workspace until you delete them. You can delete individual generations from the workspace; the files are removed from storage at the same time. After you close your account we delete the data associated with it within 30 days, except transaction records we are legally required to keep.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your language. If the administrator enables analytics, those cookies are used only for aggregate usage statistics.

Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and encrypted storage of secrets. No method of online transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your rights

You can view and update your profile in account settings at any time, and export or delete your generations from the workspace. To close your account or exercise other data rights, open a ticket from your workspace.

Minors

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over. If we learn that we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date is shown at the top of this page, and material changes will be announced separately.
