By accessing or using 激情视频 (the "Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of the Service

The Service generates short videos from the text prompts or reference images you provide, using third-party AI models, and bills each run in credits. We may add, change or retire models at any time, and may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service, with reasonable notice where practical.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to generate or distribute content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Uses another person's likeness, voice or copyrighted material without permission.
• Is sexually explicit, violent, hateful, harassing or fraudulent.
• Impersonates a real person or organization, or is likely to mislead the public.
• Attempts to bypass model safety limits or abuse the API.

We may refuse a request, remove violating content, and suspend accounts where necessary.

Credits and billing

• The credit cost of every run is shown before you submit. If a run fails, the credits are refunded automatically.
• Subscription credits are granted per billing period and do not roll over.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Unused credit packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain usable until the end of the current period.

Rights in generated content

Subject to these terms, you own the videos generated from your prompts and material. You are fully responsible for any reference images you upload and warrant that you have the right to use them. Content generated on the Studio plan and above may be used commercially; the Creator plan is for personal, non-commercial use.

Intellectual property

The Service's interface, brand, code and original content are ours and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Third-party models are governed by their own terms.

Disclaimer

AI-generated content may contain errors, artifacts or deviations from the prompt. The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty as to the accuracy, fitness or commercial value of the output.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these terms. You may close your account at any time from your account settings.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email in advance.
