F-Droid Privileged Extension OTA

F-Droid requires root access to install its Privileged Extension as a system app. This lets F-Droid manage apps more securely, using less storage and surviving system updates. Install via TWRP or similar tools using the OTA update ZIP. After that, updates are handled through the standalone APK.
